To canalize human, material and natural resources to promote learning, research and outreach programmes that will help in transforming the environment by touching the lives of those in the immediate catchment area as well as those far beyond.  To optimize such learning and research activities that will ennoble the mind and bring about intellectual refinement to participants in the University’s activities.
