Upon assumption of office, the Vice-Chancellor and his Management Team visited the Minister of Works and Housing, His Excellency, Babatunde Raji Fashola SAN to solicit his modest support and intervention towards the construction of the road, appealing that the University was ready to commence full academic activities at its Permanent Site in Felele.
The message which has been greeted with wide commendation and outpouring of encomiums on the Vice-Chancellor and his Management Team since it was announced by the Vice-Chancellor himself yesterday, is one of such news that brings overwhelming joy to members of the University Community.
