Dear Members of My FUL Family,

It was such an honor to celebrate with you yesterday August 2, 2022, at my inauguration ceremony as the 2nd Substantive Vice-Chancellor of Thomas Adewumi University. Indeed, the official celebration which started since Thursday 28th July, 2022 was a memorable one and I am grateful for all the hard work that the different committees put into organizing the event. Federal University Lokoja is an amazing community, and I could not have imagined a more perfect celebration.

My deepest thanks to our Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi and all the members of the Principal Officers Committee, the Management, Senate, colleagues, our students, and other friends of the university. Many thanks to everyone who planned, organized, catered, served, performed, danced, took selfies, smiled, and showed up to warmly celebrate my appointment. I appreciate all the messages of felicitations and the thoughtful prayers.

This occasion has brought us together again as a community and I miss you all.
