Required Information For 2013/2014 Registration

Note: The information below is only for candidates offered admission for 2013/2014 academic session.
1. Registration for New Students will last for only ONE (1) WEEK.
Monday 7th – Friday 11th October, 2013.
2. Pay the sum of N7,000.00 (i.e. N5,000.00 Acceptance Fee and N2,000.00 Verification Fee) to:
First Bank Plc.

3. Please send an email to [email protected] with your Name, JAMB Registration Number and a scanned copy of your O’Level Result immediately.
4. Accommodation: Please note that very limited hostel spaces are available.
5. Documents required for registration are:
- Bank Teller for acceptance and Verification fees.
- JAMB Result Slip (Online Print out).
- O’Level Result and Secondary School Testimonial.
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
- Certificate of Local Government Origin.
- Medical Certificate from a Government Hospital.
- 10 Passport size photographs on red background.
6. Collect clearance slip and proceed to the bank for payment of School Fees.

7. Submit your Bank Teller to the representative of Bursary Department at the Central Registration venue and obtain a University receipt and PIN.
8. Login to the University Website: www.fulokoja.edu.ng and click on Student Registration menu.
9. Fill and Print out your Registration Forms.
10. Submit your Registration Forms at the Central Registration venue.
